Masala Chai

Instructions
Add tea, ginger, peppercorns, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, and cloves to the saucepan.
Add 1 liter of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add milk and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Bring back to a slow boil, boil for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture through a fine-meshed strainer into a serving dish.
