Dishoom Date & Banana Oatmeal

Instructions
Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil, add dates and bananas. Simmer until soft and mushy (around 5 minutes).
Add milk, oats, and cinnamon. Stir occassionally until oats are fully cooked and begins to smooth (10-15 minutes).
Optionally garnish with additional banana or date slices.
